exploring patterns of randomness

midwinterrain

Pacific coasting
highway emptied by rain
water falls
into the white caps
drop by drop
soaking through sand
quenching marine desert mountains.
Sand slaked and sodden
as silence descends,
save the calming crash
of winter waves.

Keep in touch.
