molten rays of optimism 
melt into gray clouds gripping 
firmly to our hopes for spring. 

From above — some slow spark 
fine in point and valor, 
the graceful intervention 
of immortal mention, 
divined in the dying breath 
of a man slain by stalling~ 

incoming and outward 
the message mines its medium 
for gems of joint revival, 
rejoicing dawn’s arrival.
