Critics argue that Sir Isaac Newton, whose prism experiments led him to identify the visible spectrum of light, forced Indigo to achieve the symbolic completeness signified by the number seven.
In darkness, uncertainty and distrust threaten completion.

UNPROVOKED is a series that explores the reactions and emotional responses that can feel random and inordinately strong but ultimately have a source– effect flowing from cause. Each piece in the series ends with a question, unspoken. While exploring the unprovoked, we must accept what we do not know – that we may never know – and dare to ask the painful questions anyway, without expectation of answers.
